Who We AreWe are one of 400 lodges of Sons of Norway. We have regular monthly meetings of a social and cultural nature, as well as monthly business meetings. Additional activities include the 17th of May (Norwegian Constitution Day) Dinner-Dance, our Scandinavian Fair, sports programs, community service opportunities, and other events. The members of Norumbega Lodge receive the "Tidende", our Lodge newsletter, in addition to "Viking", the national magazine. A wide variety of additional literature in the form of books and videos is available at meetings in the Lodge's library. Cultural meetings are held in the Boston West Suburban area at 7:30 p.m. on the first Friday of each month, with the exception of July and August. The first half hour is a social period with light refreshments, followed by the meeting at 8:00. For more information about meeting programs, times, and locations, please visit our Activities page. Social and Cultural meetings and Lodge activities are open to all those who are interested enough to come. We recommend that you contact the Lodge President for the latest information.
