Norumbega, a.k.a. Horsford, Tower and Park, Built to Commemorate the Supposed Settlement By Vikings
Tower as seen from Norumbega Road, Weston, Massachusetts. This road is entered from South Avenue, which runs toward Waltham from the I-90 & I-95 interchange. The tower is best approached by turning onto the road to the "Duck Feeding Area" but then taking the left turn at the end (Norumbega Road). This winds a short distance along the Charles River and Stony Brook, but the river view is usually blocked.
